Meet the Magical Team behind the Twirls

At Bella Ballerina, our teachers do more than just teach dance they inspire imagination, build confidence, and sprinkle a little bit of fairy dust into every class!
Each one of our instructors brings their own special sparkle to the studio from dazzling dance skills to silly fun facts (yes, some of us even have superhero capes and guinea pigs!). But what they all have in common is a giant heart for helping your little one shine.
Here’s your backstage pass to get to know the wonderful teachers who cheer the loudest, love the biggest, and make the magic happen every single day. Scroll down to meet the Bella Ballerina dream team—you’ll love them as much as your dancer does!

Miss. Vanessa
Also known as: The Glittery Superhero Behind the Scenes (a.k.a. Our Studio Manager!)
Miss Vanessa is the heart, sparkle, and superhero cape of Bella Ballerina! Not only is she one of our incredible teachers, but she also helps keep the studio running smoothly as our amazing Studio Manager—making sure the magic never misses a beat!
She started dancing at age 9 and hasn’t stopped spreading joy since. Whether she’s leading a jazz combo, tapping along with tiny toes, or weaving stories into each class, Miss Vanessa brings energy, creativity, and so much heart into everything she does.
Her favorite part of teaching? The magic. ✨ Seeing children light up as they transform into ballerina princesses, hearing giggles as they leap and spin, and watching their confidence grow with every class—it’s what she calls “full-circle magic.” And when recital time rolls around, seeing her students shine on stage brings her right back to her own standing ovation moment as a young dancer. 🥹💖
If Miss Vanessa were a costume, she’d be a sparkly tutu with a superhero cape—because she gets things DONE (and looks fabulous doing it)! From helping dancers believe in themselves to supporting the whole Bella team, she’s a glittery force of nature.
When she’s not at the studio or being the best dance mom to her four awesome kiddos, she loves popcorn and chocolate, sneaking in time at the gym (her happy place!), relaxing at the beach, and soaking up quiet family nights at home.
Above all, Miss Vanessa wants every dancer who enters her class to leave feeling confident, proud, and full of magic.Because with a little practice and a whole lot of heart, anything is possible. 💕

Miss. Ailani
Also known for: Cheering the loudest and loving the deepest 💕
Say hello to Miss Ailani, the queen of jazz walks, sparkly spirit, and unstoppable encouragement! She’s been part of our Bella Ballerina family for a year, and every moment she spends with our dancers is filled with energy, love, and so much joy.
Miss Ailani’s favorite part of class? Teaching jazz across the floor and watching each dancer shine in their own unique way. She cheers on every little leap and sassy step, and believes every child should feel seen, celebrated, and bursting with confidence!
Her dance journey began at just 2 years old at Ballet San Juan, twirling with a Minnie Ballerina doll in hand—a memory that’s still dancing in her heart today. And from that moment forward, the stage was hers.
She’s a jazz lover through and through, drawn to its boldness, variety, and high-energy fun. Her go-to song? “Conga” by Gloria Estefan — because when that beat drops, it’s instant smiles and sparkles!
Miss Ailani brings more than just dance steps to class. She uses story time to share important messages—like how all hair (and all hearts!) are beautiful, and how loving who you are is the most magical thing of all. 💖
If Miss Ailani were a dance costume, she’d be the fierce and elegant Black Swan—dramatic, graceful, and yes, a little glittery. Off the dance floor, you’ll find her at concerts, hunting down the perfect latte, or hanging out with her two adorable guinea pigs, Mimi and Yuki, in their super colorful, Bella-inspired cage!
She also earned a Straight Superior rating at the Florida State Thespian Festival in 2023—talk about center stage sparkle!
Above all, Miss Ailani wants every dancer to leave her class feeling loved, appreciated, and proud—because inside every tiny dancer is a whole lot of magic waiting to shine. 🌟

Miss Andreia

🧚Teaches: Boppers–Ballerinas (and has sprinkled her magic on Bella Babies, Bella Beats, and Broadway too!)
Also known as: The Fairy Godmother of Dance ✨💫

Miss Andreia (or simply Miss Andreia) has been dancing for as long as she can remember, with music and movement in her heart from the very beginning! Her very first memory? Watching her sister perform in dance and theater—she was instantly hooked by the magic of the stage, and she’s been dancing ever since.
She joined the Bella Ballerina family in July 2024 and brings kindness, creativity, and so much joy to every class. Her students are her favorite part of teaching, and she beams with pride every time they master a new move or giggle their way through a routine. To her, watching each child grow into a confident young dancer is a true inspiration. 💕
Her favorite styles? It’s a tie between ballet (for the beauty and grace) and jazz (for its personality and flair!). You might catch her dancing to “Better When I’m Dancin’” or something fun from her favorite K-Pop playlists, but she also adores the elegance of instrumental ballet music.
Her favorite Bella Ballerina moments include performing recital dances with her students, sharing giggles during Parent Presentation Weeks, and sweet classroom bonds during themed events like BFF Week. These memories—and the connections she builds—are truly priceless.
And if Miss Andreia were a dance costume? She’d be a poofy pink and gold sparkly magical fairy with a wand—because she brings just the right amount of shimmer and heart to every class she teaches. 💫
Fun fact: Miss Andreia is also an amazing singer and has loved singing since before she could talk! Her current go-to jam? “Don’t You Worry ’Bout a Thing” from Sing. 🎤 She also loves cooking, baking, painting, playing music, and spending time in the kitchen whipping up joy as easily as she twirls.
When her dancers leave class, she hopes they feel free, happy, confident, and most of all--loved. Her mission is to grow her students' love for dance and help them express their hearts through every plié and shuffle.
Miss Andreia holds an AA in General Finance and is currently working toward her BAS in Business Information Management with an Entrepreneurship focus (because even fairy godmothers are business-savvy!). One of her most treasured keepsakes is a photo gifted to her by a student’s family—celebrating the growth, confidence, and joy dance brought into that child’s life.

Miss Erika
Teaches: Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Performance Team (ages 1–9)
Also known as: Miss Erika, the sparkle-loving dance motivator with a military past and a heart full of rhythm!
Miss Erika has been dancing since before she could remember—literally starting at just one year old! From dancing around the house and putting on shows for her family, to training through high school and dancing even during her time in the military, she’s lived a life full of movement, music, and magic.
Now, she brings that experience (and lots of energy!) to Bella Ballerina, where she teaches everything from Boppers to Performance Team—and loves watching her students light up as they grow in confidence and skill.
Miss Erika’s favorite part of teaching? The kids—especially those shy little ones who come in nervous and end up running into class excited to dance. She says there’s nothing better than watching a dancer come out of their shell and fall in love with movement.
She’s especially passionate about hip hop, thanks to its high energy and self-expression—it’s fun, dynamic, and lets kids be totally themselves. Her go-to dance songs are anything upbeat, fun, and impossible to sit still for!
If Miss Erika were a costume, she’d be something sparkly and comfy—practical enough to bust a move, but still totally cute (obviously!). And fun fact: She’s originally from New York and served in the military, where she had amazing opportunities to live in beautiful places like Guam and Japan!
